This was our first time trying this chain restaurant's food as we aren't from Arizona. We stopped by because we read online they have a vegetarian selection. Upon entering, we were the only ones at the front and therefore the cashier welcomed us. We asked for her to give us a minute and she didn't respond. She stood there and stared at us. We apologized for the delay and mentioned it was our first time here. She proceeded to just wait for us to be ready and made us feel rushed to order even though there was nobody else there to order. We finally placed our order and went to sit down. The soda at this specific location didn't taste good so we'd probably pass on that in the future. However, the burgers themselves were good. I'd probably return for the veggie burger, but that's it. This location seemed clean and overall tidy.
I love this place, clean, service is great. This last time we ate there we had the fish and chips, My fries were cold they did get me some hot ones. The fish was way to crispy. The oil in the fryer really needed to be clean.
Good food, burgers are pretty good. The custard is the thing!!! Service is friendly! Clean well organized dining rooms! No kiosk staring at you when you come in!!!!!!!
Great Experience!!! Normally we go thru the drive thru everywhere but after a long hot day, we decided to go inside and eat. We walked in first thing I noticed the restaurant was clean and nice and cool and staff ready to take our order. Daisy was at the register and I ordered the Pepper grinder pub burger combo for my boyfriend and for myself just named off the ingredients I wanted on my burger and Daisy made it happen. It was really awesome made me smile. Thanks Daisy
I'll put Culver's burgers up against any other chain. I love this place. Friendly staff. Great food.
Culvers ice cream is so delicious. They call it something else and concrete mixers. I like the smooth and creamy taste of it. I don't like when there are ice crystals in it as much. Sometimes there are though when the ice cream scoops have water on them. Their hamburgers are pretty good. I wouldn't go out of my way for them like I would the ice cream. Some of their other food is also not too memorable either. Their French fries are pretty top notch. I would just order ice cream and French fries though that is not the healthiest. Their French fries so far have been great in texture and taste. I am not a fan of the cheese curds spice in their coating. It tasted like stuffing. Maybe it was rosemary but I like rosemary too some degree. Their service is pretty fast but they get busy. When they are busy the service gets slower.
The last time I stepped foot inside a Culver's was 2019 when Dad and I went to the one in Glendale after a trip to Cabela's & had a late lunch. So good and I got Dad hooked on the cheese curds! Imagine the nostalgic feeling I got stepping into this location earlier this evening! I was craving chili & cheese curds so I came & ordered both items & a drink. Just as delicious as ever! Very friendly, hardworking employees make up the crew here.
